Julio graduated from the Faculty of Law at Christian University of Indonesia, with a thesis focused on Contract Law. During his time at university, he was a member of the moot court team and won several national competitions. Furthermore, he has completed the Regional Course on Public Interest Lawyering by Global Network for Public Interest Law (PILNet) and a Legal Aid course by Jakarta Legal Aid.

Throughout his year at the firm, Julio assisted with a range of matters including commercial litigation, public litigation, and judicial review in the Constitutional Court. He also provided advice to several companies on general corporate matters and shareholder disputes.

During his free time, Julio enjoys studying history and the arts. Other than that, he also volunteers at a fine arts gallery in Jakarta on weekends.
