Hilma completed her law degree from Bina Nusantara University with a GPA of 3.80. During her college years, Hilma was active in moot court organization and has participated in several national level moot court competitions.

Hilma has been involved in various projects at AMAR with a focus on civil disputes, corporations, environmental litigation and climate change. She is also registered as an Indonesian Tax Law Consultant
