AMAR Won the HukumOnline Indonesia Pro Bono Awards for the Second Time

We are pleased to announce that on December 15th, 2022, AMAR won the HukumOnline Pro Bono Awards, for the highest commitment pro bono law firms with 3 to 10 lawyers, this time with the new category for litigation. We are very proud to be able to receive this award for the second time.

Quoted from the Hukumonline site, there were four major categories assessed, which were distinguished by quantitative and qualitative data. Awards for law firms with quantitative data includes the Hukumonline Award for Excellent Pro Bono Hours Law Firms category as well as the Hukumonline Award for Law Firms with Exceptional Dedication for Pro Bono Works category.

Meanwhile, the awards for law firms with qualitative data includes the Hukumonline Award for The Highest Commitment by Non-Litigation Pro Bono Law Firm category and the Hukumonline Award for The Highest Commitment by Litigation Pro Bono Law Firm category.

We also appreciate Hukumonline, the jury, and all of the staff who has been consistent in holding the Indonesia Pro Bono Awards. “Hukumonline has been very consistent in holding this award ceremony for advocates within the last five years. If I may disclose, it should be advocates who give awards to other fellow advocates, but Hukumonline, as a source of media, has no obligation. However, this means that Hukumonline has gone over the mandate through helping advocates to continue pro bono,” said Alghiffari Aqsa, the Managing Partner of AMAR when receiving the Pro Bono Awards online. AMAR also continues to strive to be able to provide pro bono services consistently and affordably, regardless of the client’s background.
